This steel cross base allows you to use your advertising flags indoors or outdoors. Perfect when paired with the Water Weight Bag. Use the Cross Base on flat surfaces. Also allows the flag to spin around when there is a gentle breeze. The Cross Base sits 3″ above the surface. Please note the steel Cross Base is not designed to be used outdoors without the added weight of the Water Weight bag (not included).
